At SOULMATES we offer a variety of classes specializing in Mat & Aerial Yoga, Reformer & Mat Pilates as well as Stretching. Our class selection provides a diverse range of workouts with different intensity levels for both beginers and advanced students.

YOGA

Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation to improve overall health.

Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness, increases body awareness, relieves chronic stress patterns, relaxes the mind, centers attention and sharpens concentration.

​

At SOULMATES we offer a vide variety of yoga styles: Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Aerial Yoga.  

Pilates Description

PILATES

The practice of Pilates is focused on disciplined movements and coordinated breathing. It is based on principles of concentration and intense focus, control over every aspect of every movement, centering motion over a “powerhouse” of muscles in the center of your body, efficient and elegant flow of movement, precision in every move and deep and coordinated breathing.

With these six guiding principles, the Pilates system offers a wide range of exercises catering to different needs and limitations of individuals. The intensity of exercise can then be adjusted over time as individual endurance and flexibility progresses.

Stretching Description

STRETCHING

Stretching is a physical exercise that requires putting a body part in a certain position that'll serve in the lengthening and elongation of the muscle or muscle group and thus enhance its flexibility and elasticity.

​

Stretching lengthens your muscles. As you continue to stretch, you become more flexible, able to reach or extend farther. This increased flexibility helps improve the range of motion in your joints, including your neck, shoulders, hips, knees and more.
