CLASS PACKAGE POLICY​​

Please be aware that all purchased class packages are non-refundable. Packages cannot be shared, transferred, or used by another person. Additionally, once purchased, class packages cannot be paused or frozen for any reason.

 

Each package has a specific validity period, which is clearly stated on both our website and booking apps. The validity of a package is activated when the first class from that package is used. None of the packages are eligible for validity extension under any circumstances.

 

Each class package must be activated (at least one class attended) within 60 days of the purchase date. If the package is not activated within this period, it will be considered expired. Expired packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another package or class credits.
