Our Classes
Our yoga classes combine postures that build strength, increase flexibility, help to develop balance.
We offer classes of different levels - begginer level to advanced. We teach such yoga styles as ashtanga, vinyasa, hatha, power and restorative yoga.
Our stretching practices help students relax, feel better and become more aware of their thoughts and bodies.
We teach full body stretching and splits as an aditional dicipline which can be easily combined with other regular sport practices.
At our studio we teach beginner and advanced levels of Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates.
